Warren Ong, MD, is a Board-certified psychiatrist who has been practicing general psychiatry for 18 years. At HealthPath, he specializes in a team-based intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment models and in providing integrated care, working with primary care physicians to deliver high quality comprehensive services. He is the psychiatrist for the Health Home Team based at The Providence Center’s outpatient clinic at Providence Community Health Centers at Prairie Avenue and is also the psychiatrist for Providence Community Health Centers at Crossroads Rhode Island, serving Rhode Island’s homeless. Dr. Ong is an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is on the teaching faculty of Brown’s Family Medicine Residency Program at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry training at Brown University’s Residency Program in psychiatry.
